First Time Dispensary Visit? Here’s What to Expect at High Rollers

Walking into a dispensary for the first time can feel exciting but also a little overwhelming. At High Rollers, our goal is to make your visit simple, welcoming, and fun whether you are a first timer or a regular. Here is what you can expect when you stop by.

Bring your ID & Payment

To shop with us, you will need a valid government issued photo ID showing you are 21 years old or older. Please have it ready when you arrive. We accept cash and debit cards, and there is an ATM available on site for your convenience.

Check In Is Easy

When you walk in, you will be greeted by our friendly staff. After a quick check in, you will be ready to start browsing our menu.

Placing Your Order 

At High Rollers, there are four ways to place an order:

• At the counters in the front of the dispensary
• With one of our roaming budtenders
• Using a self service kiosk
• Online for pickup or delivery

Picking Up Your Order

Once you place your order, you will receive a text notification when it is ready for pickup. Our team will package everything securely in compliance with New Jersey regulations. All products are properly labeled and sealed so you will leave with everything you need.

The High Rollers Consumption Lounge

After you pick up your purchase, the experience does not have to end. Step into the High Rollers consumption lounge, a first of its kind in Atlantic City. The lounge is designed as a comfortable, stylish space where you can enjoy your cannabis, listen to music, and unwind. It is a place to connect with friends, meet other cannabis enthusiasts, or simply relax and take in the vibe.

Consumption in the lounge is permitted only with products purchased at High Rollers, except for New Jersey medical patients who may bring their own cannabis with a $5 cover fee. Tobacco products are not permitted. Guests may bring sealed non alcoholic drinks or food, or have it delivered while they enjoy their time with us.

Dispensary Etiquette

We work hard to keep the High Rollers experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone. A few quick tips:

• Be patient if it is busy because our team gives each guest personalized attention.
• Consumption is permitted only inside the designated lounge.
• High Rollers products are required in the lounge unless you are a New Jersey medical patient, in which case a five dollar cover fee applies.
• Tobacco products are not permitted.
• Ask questions if you need help because our budtenders are here for you.

After Your Visit

Once you are home, store your cannabis in a cool safe place out of reach of children and pets. If you are trying something new, remember the golden rule: start low and go slow.
